Writers should be read, but neither seen nor heard.
~ Daphne du Maurier
-Writing Through the Brain Fog-
Erica Judd has had a lifelong love for reading and writing, and from an early age knew she wanted to be a writer when she grew up. Early forays into writing and the publishing industry were unsuccessful, but as she continued to learn feedback became encouraging.
An illness in 2005 resulted in chronic health problems which have had a huge impact on Erica’s creative abilities. Never one to quit easily, Erica decided to venture into the world of self-publishing. Her first novel, Lucky Seventh, was produced in 2017 and was received enthusiastically despite its limited distribution.
Erica lives on the east coast of Tasmania with her family, illnesses and many pets. When she’s not writing or researching book ideas, she enjoys spending time at the beach or in the bush when her health allows; collecting and reading books; collecting oddities from nature; and knowing far too much about abnormal psychology and serial killers.
